Our TABC-certified bartenders serve the same premium selection and professional service as our hosted bars—guests simply pay for their own drinks. Well cocktails, premium spirits, craft and classic beers, wines, all available at honest pricing. The $800 setup investment covers our professional bar station, TABC-certified staffing, liability coverage, and secure cash handling systems.

Your Investment: $800 total ($300 bar rental + $500 operational fee covering TABC staffing, insurance, and POS systems)

Every event featuring alcohol includes a $500 Bar Operational Fee covering TABC-certified professional staffing, comprehensive liability insurance, complete bar setup and equipment, and operational oversight ensuring legal compliance and guest safety. This investment applies to all service levels—from cash bars to premium open bars—because professional standards don’t vary with package price. This fee is due with your final payment and ensures you’re protected legally and your guests are protected personally.

Honoring Professional Service

While gratuity remains discretionary, we recommend 15-20% for bartending staff as you would any exceptional service professional. This gratuity goes directly to the team members who make your celebration flow seamlessly. You may pre-add it to your invoice or provide it the day of your event—whatever feels most comfortable for your planning process.

Quality Assurance Standards

We curate every bottle and brew in our collection, ensuring consistent quality and safety for your guests. This careful selection means outside alcohol cannot be incorporated into our service, as we cannot verify its provenance, storage conditions, or ingredient safety. In these rare moments, we discreetly adjust service to protect everyone involved. All guests must be 21+ with valid identification to enjoy alcoholic beverages—a standard we uphold consistently and respectfully. Service concludes at midnight or your contracted end time, whichever arrives first, ensuring responsible celebration timing.

60 Days Before: Finalize your bar package selection as your guest count solidifies and celebration vision crystallizes. This timing allows us to source specialty items while giving you flexibility for final adjustments.

30 Days Before: Confirm custom cocktail recipes and specialty requests. We’ll schedule tastings if desired, finalize garnish selections, and begin training our team on your signature creations.

14 Days Before: Provide final guest count and package confirmation. This deadline protects your investment while ensuring we order precisely what your celebration requires.

7 Days Before: Last opportunity for upgrades or modifications. After this point, we’ve committed resources and ordered supplies specifically for your event.
