Tournament Organizers, by their signatures below, shall pay a $500.00 deposit to Bluff’s Landing Marina to reserve the non exclusive use of the Marina facilities on the date as requested above. This deposit shall be returned within two (2) weeks after the scheduled tournament provided that all areas used have been restored to their prior condition, and proper disposal of all trash. Confirmation of this reservation shall be sent to you within one week of the receipt of your security deposit. Tournament organizers must be responsible to verify receipt of this confirmation. No date is considered reserved until confirmation from Bluffs Landing Marina has been given in writing.  In addition a non refundable fee of $1,500.00 per day shall be paid for the exclusive use of the event center facilities.

Tournament Organizers shall provide one (1) portable toilet for every fifty (50) people attending their tournament. Any and all outside vendors are not allowed without written approval from Bluffs Landing Marina. No alcoholic beverages shall be brought onto the premises; all alcoholic beverages must be purchased through the Bluff’s Landing Marina Store.

All boats launched at the Marina’s launch shall pay the launch fee of $5.00 per boat. All fees must be paid in full prior to launching. These fees are used to maintain the boat ramps, parking lots, and 24 hour security of the property. All Lodging must be reserved and paid for separately through the website (www.bluffslanding.com) and are not reserved by nor a part of this agreement.

Tournament Organizer agrees to indemnify Bluff’s Landing Marina and Lodges, its employees, agents, Noneyo, Inc., and Hawkins Family Partners, LP against any claims arising from their use of the Marina Property. And agree to hold them harmless and NOT responsible for accidents, or injuries that occur while at Bluff’s Landing Marina and Lodge nor responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

　

By signing below Tournament Organizer understands and agrees to all of the above requirements and responsibilities.
