The procedures for these types of
events have been put together. We are beginning to
work on the above programs and will continue
building revenues. We know the upside of this
project is great and as we grow our numbers, so will

This is a growing business and a
real estate investment. We have been able to amass
a large tract of land which includes a hotel, 98
boat slips, bait & tackle store, restaurant, event
center, large parking lot, 4 executive lodges and
two lots which can be developed. The asking
price is $12,000,000.00. In addition we own a 9.232
acre tract of land of which 6.73 acres is a
buildable multifamily/hotel site which could be
added to the deal for $2,150,000.00. This tract
along with Bluff’s Landing is the two best tracts of
